한국 입국 외국인의 PCR 음성확인서 제출 의무화 안내

2021년 1월 8일 0시(한국시간)부터 한국으로 입국하는 모든 외국인 입국자는 코로나 19의 감염 예방을 위해 PCR 음성확인서 제출이 의무화됩니다. 태국에서 출발하여 한국으로 입국하는 모든 외국인도 해당되니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

① 제출 대상: 한국으로 입국하는 모든 외국인

② 제출 방법: 검역단계에서 PCR 음성확인서 제출

③ 제출 기준: 출발일 기준 72시간 이내 발급한 확인서

④ 검사 기관: 모든 검사기관에서 발급한 PCR음성확인서가 인정됨

⑤ 확인서 인정 기준: 국문 또는 영문 발급 (현지어로 발급된 경우 국문 또는 영문으로 번역하여 재외공관에서 공증받아야 함)

⑥ 시행 시기: 21.1.8(금) 0시부터 (한국 도착시간 기준)

⑦ 확인서 필수 기재사항: 성명(여권 기재내용과 동일), 검사명, 검사결과, 발급일자, 생년월일(여권번호 또는 ID카드번호도 가능), 검사일자, 발급기관의 직인(또는 서명)

A negative COVID-19 test (PCR) result is required for all foreigners entering the ROK

Due to the worldwide spread of a new highly transmissible COVID-19 variant, all foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea will now be required to provide a proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR). Those who do not fulfill this requirement will be denied entry.

Effective 12:00 am, on January 8, 2021(KST), all foreign airline passengers arriving the ROK are required to test negative for the coronavirus within 72 hours of their departure*. All South Korean nationals arriving from Britain and South Africa are required to test negative for the coronavirus within 72 hours of departure as well.

* This restriction applies to all foreign nationals who board an aircraft which arrives in the ROK on or after 12:00 am, January 8, 2021(KST).

A proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) must be presented to the airline personnel when a passenger boards an aircraft. Boarding will not be permitted for foreign passengers without a negative COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours. The test result should be submitted to the quarantine authorities upon their arrival in the ROK.

The test result issued from the testing organization agency at the country of departure must be original and in English (or Korean). If the result cannot be issued in English or Korean, supplemental translated certificates certifying the translation from Korean Embassy can be submitted along with the original PCR test result.

The certificate needs to be required the traveler’ s name and date of birth (must be the same as passport), physician’s name, COVID-19 test result, examination date, issued date, hospital name, and stamp.

② วิธีการยื น: ยื นผลตรวจ COVID-19 แบบ PCR ที มีผลการวินิจฉัยเป็นลบ ในระหว่างขั นตอนการกักกันโรค

③ เกณฑ์การยื นเอกสาร: เอกสารตรวจสุขภาพที ออกจากโรงพยาบาล ภายใน 72 ชั วโมง ก่อนการเดินทาง เข้าประเทศ

④ หน่วยงานผู้ตรวจ: ทุกหน่วยงาน

⑤ เกณฑ์การรับเอกสาร: เอกสารตรวจสุขภาพจําเป็นต้องออกเป็นฉบับภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาเกาหลี เท่านั3น (ในกรณีเอกสารตรวจสุขภาพออกเป็นภาษาท้องถิ น (ภาษาไทย) จําเป็นต้องเป็นภาษาเกาหลี หรือภาษาอังกฤษและรับรองที สถานทูตฯ เกาหลีประจําประเทศนั3นๆ)

⑥ ช่วงเวลาเริ มดําเนินการ: ผู้ที ที เดินทางเข้าประเทศเกาหลี ตั3งแต่วันศุกร์ที 8 มกราคม 2021 เวลา 00.00 น. เป็นต้นไป
